    Though I forgot to write about them, days 3 and 4 were done and done. Today would be day five, but since it is sci fi friday I decided to make this my day off for the week. I’ll pick things up tomorrow and may even try to step it up a bit. A guy I had done a few plays with found me on facebook. When I knew him he was this chubby little kid and now his a thin attractive young man. I’m envious. lol, but I shall fear not, my beauty returns even as I speak. Soon you shall all see the glory of me. =)

    I’m thinking that my challenge on this goal with just be a deadline. I will photo myself shirtless on that date, ready or not. My self preservation instinct will kick in and keep me from horrid embarrassment. I worked out tonight. Day 1 of 1 for the week so far. It was a rather weak workout, but I want to try to build steadily. So the question becomes, when I post these pictures, will people want to hurl? Or will they divinyl? =)

    quads are still not OK so i did nothing. i could do some other excercises not involving quads but i choose to give up alltogether. well i couldn’t knew that it will last for so long.
    i learn new things about myself, i’m surprised to see that small things can discouradge me so much.

    i completly forgot that i can hop on stationary bike if nothing else.
    but i catched up with other goals.
    i don’t prepare my meals any more and i dislike it. just went out of ideas, motivation… so now i’m making weekly menu for myself to put it on the fridge for ideas.
    i’m drinking water, i discovered that if i start drinking it early (as soon as i came to work) and drink half of 1.5l bottle until lunch, then i’ll drink it all. provided that i bought that bottle on my way to work ;-)

    i am determined this time. at lest 15 mins a day for start.
    i can do DVD in the morning, office e-cises instead of cofee break, run home from work, go to erg after work, do crunches, lounges etc., swim Sundays, hike Saturdays… there is world of possibilities! i’m keeping blog at www.beginnertriathlete.com

    I need to go to bed early 2 years ago

    I want to workout first thing in the morning. Or first thing after work, or both. Currently I’m overwhelmed with preparing meals so everything else is in back burner but still I can find time for workout. If I can’t squeeze 40 min I can find 20 min.

    now i can use my excercise DVDs. i started with Cindy this morning, i like her workout; i used that same workout on VHS long time ago.

    Sun: long run (6+ miles)
    Mon: alternate weeks in the morning: personal training/weight training
    Tue: boot camp circuit training class & 2-3 mile run
    Wed: 4-5 mile run
    Thu: rest
    Fri: 1 hour of swimming
    Sat: boot cam circuit training class & 2 mile run

    I have this idea. Its probably not my most brilliant. But I’m going to do it anyway. I figure the best way to see results from working out is to log them. SO, I have weighed myself and taken measurements. I am going to start posting weekly updates. Every week I am going to reweigh and remeasure and I will post the results here. So here goes everything.

    Weight: Too fucking fat. a.k.a. 255lbs.
    Height: Tall 6’3”
    Neck: 16 1/4
    Bicep: 15 1/4
    Chest: 46
    Stomach: 47
    Where I Wear My Pants: 44
    Ass: Abundant a.k.a. 49
    Thigh: 29
    Calf: 15 1/2

    I know I’d like to drop about 65lbs. As far as the measurements, I have no clue. Whatever makes me look sexiest naked.
