drink bubble tea

One very rainy night, a gaggle of us set out in search of the lone teahouse in the city. After several interesting detours, and some slight trouble attaining a parking spot, we were triumphant! It was pouring fervently outside and when we finally made it indoors, we were soaked and laughing like mad.

After candidly expounding our complete lack of experience with bubble tea to our server, the girl recommended a few for us all to try. We also ordered a plate of the cutest little cupcakes and amused ourselves with coming up with names for our dream café/gallery. Whole night was absolutely fantastic, can’t wait to go again!

I’ve heard about a sushi shop in the Netherlands that sells bubble tea! It’s Happy sushi, in Rotterdam, near the train station and the Pathe cinema :) Next time I’m in the west, I must stop over there :)

I have no idea why people like it – lol

LOVE IT! For those who haven’t tried drinks with tapioca pearls in them, it may take a bit of getting used to.

My friend Hojo introduced me to bubble tea. Good stuff. I like the purple one!

I’m not exactly sure what I thought bubble tea would be like, but it surpassed any expectation I might have had! I tried a pineapple bubble tea from Lil Bubble Bar, and I am hooked on this delicious drink! This will definitely be my weekly treat when I do my shopping.

There’s a shop in the mall where I do my food shopping called the Bubble Bar which sells bubble tea, I’m not very adventurous with food and drink and would like to be more daring. Must give it a go.

The drink itself was delicious, but the texture of the tapioca pearl things grossed me out.

I adopted this goal because I had never heard of bubble tea before! But after all, anything named bubble-something is usually good :) This goal is therefore also meant to reflect my desire to have new gastronomical experiences :)
