I joined weight watchers (again). writing down what I eat and exercising more.
How I did it: I do not know, stressfull job probably did the trick. But it does make me feel great. I actually lost 6 kilos and really feel like going shopping!
I just went on with my life and did not think about food and eating at all. and you know what, it works
Lessons & tips: do not maken issue of it. enjoy life

Joined the 10 tonne challenge run by the Advertiser in Adelaide. They are hoping thousands of people will join up and lose 2 kilos by Christmas.

My friend has asked me to be bridesmaid. really want to lose weight so I look extra special on the day. Went on the treadmill today and hooked up with Wii fit. My little figure on Wii went fat when I stepped on the box.
I’m feeling very positive about this goal right now! I decided not to eat candy, cakes, ice cream, chips, popcorn etc. for two months and so far I’ve done well. What keeps me motivated is that I’ve planned that I’ll go shopping for new clothes next month.
I’ve had this goal on my list for so long, and 4 kilos isn’t even that much, so it shouldn’t be that difficult.
i have gained again, but i’m still taking my 4kg from the 73.9kg that i weighed. i’ll keep you posted though.
Yesterday I started my new being-strong-life. Its all about living healthy and harmonic, with a lot of healthy food and exercise.
Its going good so far…and I feel good.
Usually I don’t have a problem with loosing weight if I want to.
But right now Im staying at my parents house and suddenly its totally impossible!
The fact that my parents are health freaks really turns me off and makes exercise seem so geeky to me. Weird!
So just have to deal with not very fit belly right now.
I really wanted to be slim for that dress party in june!
OK, have been making a bit of an attempt at this one, admittedly not as strictly as I maybe should have been, but anyway I am closer to 8st than 9st (again). I have been here many times, but I would v. much like to get to below 8st, never managed it yet! Of course I don’t want to lose weight until I get unhealthy, but since I have still got a fair amount of flab on my tum and thighs I don’t think I have reached that stage… to weigh 48 kg or so would be good.
Unfortunately, I seem to have wrenched some muscles in my leg, which is making running rather painful, and doesn’t help.
It’s more than 4 kilos now.
I want to weigh 50kg.
Back to the 1300 calorie per day diet… I hate calorie counting but it’s the only way :(
