    OK - pregnancy weight has been lost, now.... 3 months ago

    need to get serious about renewing a fitness regime. It’s difficult to set any habits with 2 kids under 3 to run after.

    It may require…....getting up before 5:30am. I just don’t think I have it in me right now…



    Benchmarks 15 months ago

    OK – now that the baby is born, the next obvious step toward this goal is to benchmark. The steps to record my benchmarks are:

    1. Find my measuring tape, and a pencil (should be fairly easy)
    2. Measure myself (cringe-inducing, probably, but crucial)
    3. Write the measurements down with the date, in my dayplanner, where they won’t get lost and where I can refer to them later.
    4. Weigh myself
    5. Note weight in dayplanner.
