How I did it: A friend of mine took us to chinatown. We went into a little store and he asked the owner who looked at us a long while before going into the back and bringing out a big long stick. he cut it into sections and we walked down the street chewing the fibre-ous cane and spitting out the leftovers. thrillkisserSugar Cane at the Grocery
I saw sugar cane in the produce section of my regular grocery store a few weeks ago and wanted to buy some ever since. I’ve always been curious about eating sugar cane, but never really pursued it or gave it much thought. But when it’s as easy and throwing it into my cart with my other groceries, yeah!
