I discovered a new (to me) ice cream the other night. It’s by Dove, and has chocolate ganache on top!
This is certainly the goal that is easiest for me to do. And it seems to help me stay away from other kinds of more-harmful (i.e., sugar-laden) sweets. Good stuff.
My local “My Market” sells some kind of “endangered species” chocolate bars. Yesterday I got the “Bat bar” because it is almost entirely cocoa. No trans fats; no milk products; not too much sugar. Pretty good, too.
