Just keep practicing, you get to top speed after about 5 mins but don’t go any longer than 30 mins if you wanna record. You need to learn all the combinations ie 121 means the squares with the 1s below have one each and nothing above the 2. Just really practice, practice, practice. Oh and good luck!
I’m trying to break 100 seconds for combined beginner, intermediate and expert – currently at (2 secs, 24 secs, 77 secs = 103 secs lol)

My mother thinks I rock at Minesweeper. I look up my best time, and its 283 seconds. Pitifully slow in comparison to the end goal. I am sure I can waste oodles of time “working” on this goal.
