gotta get over wet jeans and socks…those things dry! it’s winter, therefore, plenty of puddles!
How I did it: Whenever I see a puddle I jump in it. I've been doing it ever since I culd walk. Sometimes I get funny looks but my friends just laugh and join me. It brings out my inner child and it's good for stress release. I especially try to do it on the way to exams.
We do it spontaneously so we always end up with wet socks but it's so much fun we don't mind.
Lessons & tips: If you're worried about wet socks wear boots.

ok.. i could go anytime i want because it’s going to be a wet summer here.. and i’d love to do it. but i think i’m going to wait a few months till my nephew is big enough to go puddle jumping so i can go take him.. i think that it will be more fun to take my tiny little nephew puddle jumping..
So this whole week has been raining and I completely forgot that I was part of 43. I finally got my password back and am glad to report that jumping in puddles has the amusement I have been looking for in such dreary conditions. Aaah to be 5 again! puddles puddles everywhere, which puddle to jump in, jump in all who cares!

i haven’t done this since i was a kid.
i’m totally going to do it the next time i get the opportunity! it’s often the simple things in life that make you feel the happiest…
I went above and beyond and did this one barefoot.
Oh yes, neighborhood, oh yes.
We are a family of serious puddle jumpers. We each pull on our puddling boots, striped for me, bright red for Isadora and black for Tristan. Wearing boots is only to save our shoes, not keep our feet dry because if you are properly enjoying a nice large puddle the water will end up filling your boots.
Big deep puddles call for giant bounding leaps which will send water at least up to your waist. Small shallow puddles lend themselves to toe tapping, the desired effect being an interesting sound rather than an actual splash.
After exploring several city blocks of various puddles we slosh our way back home, completly drenched, to enjoy hot chocolate or tea and cookies. Ahhh, lovely.
Puddle Jumping is most enjoyed when done while the rain is still comming down and with a good group of friends you can laugh with
There’s something that gets you high when youre like ‘Am gonna jump in that huge puddle’ ... ‘Don’t you’ll get soaked!’ ... ‘I don’t care’ and then u jump in and the water runs into your shoes, and gets your jeans all wet. And walk around, ur jeans making a sloshing sound against the ground.
