- cut back on carbs (make them 1/3 or 1/4th of my plate, not 3/5ths)
- add protein (legumes) and iron (green leaf veggies)
- add fibre (snack on muesli and fruit – not sandwiches)
- eat 1/2 parts veggies
- steaming or eating more raw food – frying less (i fry practically everything)

so this is hard because protein isn’t as easy to serve as carbs. veggies shoud however be quite a bit easier than carbs (not counting bread).
so add more raw veggies. get more easy protein.

2. each week i have 1 sugar unit to spend

eating healthier for me is about getting more protein, fruits and veggies and getting less carbs and..
not over eating
which makes it a lot about cooking better and and in a more mindful way, eating on a smaller plate and eating slower.
