How to type with 10 fingers without looking down at the keyboard

How I did it: I got a cassette tape by SCM (the typewriter company) with "how to type" lessons. Studying after work, it took me about four weeks to learn the keyboard by touch. Building your typing speed will take longer. I use practice programs available on the internet to build my speed. I recommend learning to type while you are young, it'll be a quicker process than it will later in life. Lessons & tips: Keep it up... don't slack off or quit. |

How I did it: I started with a special application. Playing the piano also lightened the process of typing. And talking in the IM messengers too...With more than 1 person at once...In 2 languages lol Good luck to you all! Read how I did it…

....I`ve done only one thing about it – downloaded a programme that is supposed to help me with completing this goal:P It`s written there that I should practice at least 30 minutes daily to see an effect, but I haven`t paid much attention to this since downloading… I still can`t force myself to sit in front of my computer when I come back from work (which is both good and bad – good for my eyes, bad for this goal). Sigh.
But it just CAN`T be that hard.
I want and I will learn how to type like that!;)

This is a great skill to learn. I took a typing class in high school and learned to type on an old fashion typewriter, lol. But this skill allowed me to get a job inputting gibberish into a computer, but it did pay well, 13.45/hr, nice. Too bad I could only stand it for 1 year.
Knowing how to type will make it easier to get most jobs.
