How I did it: I have already explained this.

I was born with the ability in the first place, but after attainment realized you can not always place yourself 2nd.  Many will take advantage, but there is price to pay for everything.

Walk the middle of the road with Huge Love.

Lessons & tips: You must be properly prepared for it and already be one of a complete giving nature.  Forgiveness comes 1st.  Forgiving everyone and the hardest (yourself)

    How to become selfless 12 months ago

    To become selfless you must care about every single person and value them more than your own self. To truly become selfless you must have unconditional love for everyone. This includes any and all people you do not like. Even those that cuss you, upset you and attack you.
