Basically there’s an app on my phone called “cardiotrainer” that I use. It tracks you by GPS and records workouts – shows the distance run, route, average speed, calories burned and many other useful things. At the moment I just run with my phone in my hand – not ideal. Arm straps (similar to what people use with ipods) solve this problem and are cheap and easy. Can also use it for when I start back cycling again! :) 3 years ago
