astral project

I really want to do this so I can escape from my life when I need to.
It would just be a good way to get away from everything & relax.

I’ve read some books on this…well, parts of books.
I really want to learn how to do this.
I just need to set aside the time & actually do it.
Someday…

I’m currently 15 and turning 16 next month. I’m a High School Sophomore and have been trying to Astral Project for 1 year now. I have researched this subject tremendously and have read books on this. It’s been difficult to astral project due to the lack of practice. I stopped practicing around 2 months ago and need to get back on track because this is a goal I want to suceed in.

doing hemi sync, better than robert bruce this is more visual, he was tactical! I like monroe I think everone else copied from him…

i had a boyfriend who was not any kind of new age guy or anything, and he was able to do this! i was so fascinated, we would take naps side by side and he would try and ‘pull’ me along with him for traveling adventures. it never worked. only recently have i been able to successfully lucid dream. all that i have read about preparing to have an obe (out of body experience, or astral traveling) i think i’m close. i am alert enough to feel my muscles become ‘paralyzed’ and i feel this electric buzz all around me, but then i fall asleep or else i just… don’t.

Astral Projection is being able to leave your body in a spirit form but you arent dying. You can return anytime

would like to astral travel have tryed 3 times cant get any sign of getting any closer to goal

This was in my dream (16-17/09/2007).
‘Went’ inside & was ‘looking’ a hotel in Blackpool, it caught fire, wasn’t a huge fire but large enough do do some damage, I mainly just saw smoke, I was watching from like up high like floating on the ceiling. When I woke up I remmebered everything as clearly as consciousness. Wasn’t sure if anyone was injured or anything in the dream, but still quite freaked out by the dream, never had anything like it before.

Next morning news: Hotel in Blackpool along the sea front caught fire. One man dies, 5 injured.

I was actually uber freaked out, & I also know how lame & made up that may sound, but yeh its true…

This is what Atral Projecting/Dreaming is right? I’m not sure TBH.
I also had another freaky dream, scariest night of my life, Involved flitting in & out of this dead guys mind (he was extremly angry, like anger i’ve never even been close to before, breaking point anger), he was stabbed & I saw his death, again it was as clear as consciousness, last thing I remeber before I woke up extremly dizzy, shaken & physically & mentally weak was looking down to my body (though it wasnt mine) was a large stab wound & blood spreading across my abdomen.
Could have sworn I saw an orb fly across my room when I woke, i’d never seen one before then but i’ve read descriptions & stuff. Didn’t sleep after that had the light on all night

Haven’t had anything like those two since though, but seriously yeh I was scared but it was an awesome experience. TBH I still get shakey talking about it lol, no idea how or why it happened, some people may not think this was anything, but I know what it was really really like & what ever you want to call it they wern’t normal (or even my) dreams.

Oh yehh I’ve never been to Blackpool or ever lived anywhere remotely near there so yeh its not like I walk past that hotel every other day (:.
