I have sailed in the capacity as Master since 1989
On Foreign Flag vessels up to 45786 DW with multi National companies. and have held command on Bulk Carriers, General Cargo Vessels, Ro-Ro Vessels and Reefers.

I have worked ashore as port Captain/DPA for one year with Diamond Shipping Company Syria and was  responsible to the Owners for the overall management, planning, and operation of the vessels  I am fully conversant with ISM requirements/implementation.
