I made wheat blueberry pancakes today. Will use the leftover blueberries to make the pineapple/blueberry dessert Mom and I have been wanting to try. Also, I’m planning on making miso soup soon.

Mom is going out of town for about a week…looks like I will have to do some cooking!

I’m going home on Friday! That means I’ll have access to a kitchen…which is definetely going to help with the cooking every day thing.
