My desk was bought so I could do my homework on it. Ha! I don’t think I’ve used it to do homework for a year! Right now, I have pens and pencils, a lamp, 5 or 6 books, poker chips, Harry Potter Cassette tapes, a flashlight, crayons, markers, notebooks, newspapers, money, pictures, and probably a million more things I can’t see on it. I want to actually be able to study (well at least finish my English paper that was due last week) on it.

This is my first goal since it’s the smallest and easiest to achieve. Of course, my desk is HUGE and totally covered in stuff. I’m hoping that this will get me motivated to get started.

To the back, sides, and underneath. That’s all I really need to focus on now. As soon as I finish clearing the stuff on top, I’m disconnecting the PC, dusting everything, reconnecting the wires [with something to bind them all together], and vacuuming before I reassemble everything.
Then finally, finally, on to something else.
I can proudly say that I knocked the hell out of the drawers though. I used some old packing and shoe boxes to organize the stuff I normally keep in drawers according to importance and size. They fit perfectly and help me keep track of things.
I’m still investing in a new desk but, in the meantime, its nice not having to go on a quest to find the simplest things.
As to this old one, it will either go to my mother with this old PC when I get a new one, go in the corner as a ‘study desk’ or become a plant stand.
Now, for a few more updates and then back to it.
