Well 8 glasses of eater a day, i substitute a lot like green tea and black raspberry, i tottaly excuded “bar” and cappuccino like beverages which all have tremendous amounts of calories and unnesessary poisons.
I ate some nuts, some noodles with plain marinara sauce, an apple, 2 cups of black coffee, although i do like cream a lot.

breakfast:
choices of:
cereal + banana
omelette + banana/yogurt
lunch:

desserts/snacks:
fruits (apples, grapes, banana,)
nuts
Organic foods and food in moderation is where I need to direct my energy and resources.
Garbage in, garbage that stays forever on the hips.
Accept that it is not possible to live a healthy lifestyle without eating wholesome, nutritious foods.
Long term, worthwhile energy is not derived from chocolate or microwave popcorn.
Learn to love salads and find ways to reward smaller portions. Enjoy a nice decadent meal or two on the weekends but leave the weekdays for the really healthy meals.
Or else.
Hey Guys!
OK so i want to eat more healthy food my reasons for this are as follows!
1- To become more healthy ( i will also exersise)
2- To become happier
3- To become (hoefully) skinner and happier with weight
4- To be more enrgecic
5- To be able to eat with out shame
For these reasons i will not gorge on FATTY foods.
So please give me the strength journal lol to get this going and keep it going.
Ill type as soon as possible XOXO KATSH93
I won’t call this one done until it’s become second nature to me. I have to say that my diet has changed fairly dramatically over the last month or so being on a diet. I started eating more vegetables, fruits, lower fat and lower sugar foods, and made a concious decision to completely cut soda from my life. I also drink a lot more water than I ever have before. I am on a track right now with a goal of weight loss, but the outcome needs to be different as well, or I’ll just fall back into the same eating habits as before.
In hope that will benefit without getting withdrawal symptoms
