Okay, I think I gained 5 lbs in the past month. Ugh. But now that Spring is almost here (yay!) I think I’ll be able to lose some weight finally.

Okay so I am starting this. I weigh about 145 right now and want to get to 135 by the start of August. I will try my hardest. :)
my goal is to get down to about 130 pounds, in three months.
i weigh about 163. my pre pregnancy weight was 150. i gained 50 pounds while i was pregnant. (i ave lost almost 40 pounds already!) i hate exercise, i do try to walk the dog and the baby, but not when its hot. i dont eat the best foods, but now that baby is 7 months old, and starting to eat real food, im working on it. any tips on shedding weight and keeping it off are GREATLY appreciated! thanks
I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a while. Now I’m finally cracking down and doing something about it. I’m hoping to lose at least 10 lbs during the first month. That seems less daunting than my long term goal for losing 50 lbs. It’s something I feel I can accomplish if I really stick to it. I joined Curves today to help me get in better shape.
