How to be in a fashion show
It made me 
"other than the stage fright and having the "I hope I dont trip" continously running through your mind, when its all said and done its one of the best experiences ever."
How I did it: Found a photographer that worked with the people who organizes fashion shows, and who worked with him by using him as one of the photographers at the shows. Got my pics taken for a portfolio and was introduced went to a couple of rehersals so they could see how I walk, fit in, and etc.
Lessons & tips: depending on what type of fashion show your in when you walk you must always do it with your own swagga...dont look at the other models and try to imitate their walk or their style...take what you see and make it your own.

having a photo of me modeling in the newspaper. Of all the models, the photographer had to pick me as the one to put in the paper – ugh.
At happy hour the following week, a guy said, “Ah, the star has joined us!”
My brother was at this happy hour and had no idea about my modeling or my being in the paper and said, “What’s that mean?’
The other guy said, “Didn’t you see your sister in the paper?”
My brother said, “No. I hope you had your clothes on.”
And I said, “Actually, I didn’t, other than my high heels.” (Since the clothes were some store’s and not my own).
He didn’t bother to comment after that and switched the subject.

I was in a fashion show at my school, showcasing all the projects of the students. I wore a bikini with a huge shirt tucked into the bottoms.
It was such a rush, I walked on stage and could feel everyone watching me, but it just made me feel so much more confident.
I loved it.

I was in a charity fashion show, which was held by a former model! I am not the prettiest person around, and definetely am not very good with the whole fashion thing—my friends pushed me into it but in the end it was really exhilerating through the makeup and ugly clothes xD Yes, the clothes you wear aren’t really your ‘style’ most of the time and the makeup on your face feels like it will crack and peel off at any moment but, especially if you have someone there with you that you know, it gives you a rush walking down the runway! DEFINETELY worth it.
