    Over-inflated market 3 years ago

    I bought two while I lived there. The prices are so over-inflated due to the bidding wars; they kept going up even in a down economy. I guess it’s a good long-term investment if the market doesn’t crash. I made a little money when I got out, but I don’t see how most people afford it.

    Seattle has changed. It’s not what it used to be. It looks like Bainbridge Island might be the next victim. Soon only the developers, bankers, doctors, lawyers, and real estate agents will be able to afford to live here.

    Try Portland, OR or a small town like Bellingham, WA.
