I learned to tread water when i was a kid in swim class. It’s pretty easy once you get the rythm. with your legs, do a motion as if you’re riding a bicycle. bring your arms straight out on each side then bring them together like you’re giving repeated bear hugs. good luck!

I have a huge fear of getting thrown over board and lost in the middle of the ocean, I know its a bit random seeing as how I’ve only ever been to the beach 3 times in my life but who ever said fears has to be rational and logical? So it’s nice to know that incase my fear ever comes to fruition that I wont die dew to drowning. Sharks, cold, lack of water yes, drowning no, either way though I still don’t like to swim.
I can swim, but I can’t tread water. I know it’s totally a mental thing.
