I usually pass a meal a day, but it’s the reason why I’m thin now. I have to eat at least 3 meals a day!
Lately I haven’t been getting enough to eat. I either skip breakfast or lunch. I can never get both in because my cute little baby demands my attention too often for me to get away twice to make food and eat it.
Perhaps I should buy something I can just grab and eat for breakfast, then I will only have to prepare one meal… just a thought…
I always forget Breakfast and occassionally forget to have an evening meal, resulting in lots of snacking!
So I put this on my list because I’ve had a tendency to either forget about eating all together or deciding I don’t have enough money to buy food when there are other things I need. I’ve made it a point now to actually go grocery shopping once a week and since then I’ve been eating 2-3 meals per day. Massive improvement already.
I don’t think its possible to get to the point of never missing a meal but I’m at the point where it is down to once a week at most.
I’m getting better at eating 3 meals a day now that my sleep schedule is getting a bit more regular once again. I’m also finding it helpful on days that I end up sleeping later than planned to have a Slim Fast shake right after waking up as a “quick breakfast” and then eating a full late lunch an hour and half later.
Get up at a reasonable time on my days without class so I’m able to eat breakfast and lunch at a reasonable time instead of a late brunch within the 1-3 range.
