I wish to become a japanese citizen at all costs, no matter what it takes.

Actually, you can become a Japanese citizen without being born here and without having Japanese blood. It is difficult to achieve, however.
I was born with dual citizenship (japan & US) :D
However, you can’t “become” a Japanese citizen; you have to have Japanese blood…
You guys with tattoos are screwed by the way. You wont get naturalization with tattoos, in fact you will be denied citizenship.
So think about that before you persue your other goals as indicated.
Also, I dont remember Japan having “born here” laws. You do not immidiately become a citizen because you were born there. There was other things at work making you a citizen when you were born, like your familys register, not your location of birth.
Ask for advice: Get help from people who've accomplished this goal
