How to see a ghost

 "It's scary sometimes. The most disturbing thing though, is people who laugh at me when I tell them about it."
How I did it: This is something I live with. First time I know I saw one I was around 13 years old. You have to be open to everything. Dont think you know everything in this world. Cause no one knows. Ghosts are real. They are dead people who hasnt passed on into the afterlife. Simple enough. Nothing mysterious about it actually. Lessons & tips: Dont hunt these things.

I was about 5 or 6 years old .
One night i was sleeping with my parents, suddenly i woke up and i found someone passing by our bed,it was very dark i thought it was my mom or dad. but when i realize that my mon and dad both were lying beside me i still remember that.
Not only this but several time i have felt that .
My Father And my brother also had have seen ghos for several times.

Both my grandma and my dad have seen ghosts, and I want to continue that legacy to see a ghost! I’ve always been interested, and I know ghosts can’t really harm us, so I would LOVE to see a ghost!

but basically I’m curious. Ghosts are often taken to be proof positive that we live on after death, and I’ve heard a lot of people swear that they’re imagined, or a electromagnetic impression in the atmosphere like a weird kind of tape recording, or truly a person returned from the otherworld. I just want to see for myself so I can decide what I think about it.
What is a Ghost?

Since I saw a ghost years back, I did some research to find out what the cause is. First off, a ghost is a soul that couldn’t rest that seeks to express itself. It actually comes into form through the seer.
Three elements need to be present to see a ghost. An imprint of the dead persons energy on the physical plane. The seers beleif and finally fear.
The ghost channels its existence through you. You act as a catalyst so in a way it is a spiritual parasite that can’t exist without the energy of the living. It has the intention of inducing fear, warning, or expressing itself.
If you want to rid yourself of the spectre, you have to eliminate your fear and you have to take responsibility for cleaning up the toxic field of energy the dead person left behind.
This can be done any number of ways, but the best method I’ve found is through prayers in a specific sequence. Ask for forgiveness as if this ghosts problem is yours, release the feelings of guilt and pain, show gratitude for the spiritual healing, and feel a sense of compassion and love.

I died at birth and at the age of two. I told my parents that i could see a man in a black coat, standing in the corridoor of our house. This was not an imaginary friend because as soon as we moved I could no longer see him. I’d like to believe that people who died and are “lucky” enough to come back to life have a special connection to the spirits in the afterlife. I’m 19 yrs old now and from the age of 15 I experienced what scientists call “sleep paralasis”. A condition that when I wake up I’m unable to move or speak, and I feel as if I’m being sucked or pulled down into my bed. This usually lasts for about 15-30 seconds. Is therea ghost sitting on me or am I just imagining things???

i think i have seen three ghosts and i am only 17 at the moment. the first was a police officer with one of those really old torches which was on the dual carriage way comming out of exeter heading to somerset. the seconde was an army dude he was in a red suit thing on a horse outside poppe inn in tatworth which went strainght threw our car?????. then about a year later in tatworth again i was helping with my carnival float when a head poped round the corner of the shed i thought it was a mate then relised there was only 2 of us there and then someone or something ran past us. i dont no if im just seeing things or they are atcualy ghost’s beacuse none of them stay around long enough to talk or to let me see them longer than a couple of seconds.

Okai, so maybe your like WHOAAAAAAAAA thats’s freaky. And it is, i think so at least. Yet since finding coffee i lost the habit of sleeping, and in the small hours when i decieve the wold as i pretend to sleep each night – what better company, than a ghost??
Maybe it’s wierd, but last night in the dark my imagination convinced me the jacket on my coat pick was a soon to be resurected [if you know how to spell that, could you tell me?] crocodile, that was going to be very angry when i woke up. If i had had someone to talk to, this event may have been different.
Has anyone seen a ghost?
