I’ve found out about this recently, and have fully restored my eyesight within a few months. If you follow the excercises in that pdf, you will restore your eyesight also!

hi my hubby is wearing lens. He cant see without the lens. his power is 7 and 6 in both the eyes. I want 2 help my husband get relived from this. can u plz help me. i love my man more. plz answer me

i was -1.50 on each eye. i wos short-sighted. i am a kid and i absolutely HATED wearing glasses so one day i typed in ways to improve eyesight and loads of stuff came up about eye exsercises so i clicked on one. it said if u do 25 mins a day you can get good vision. i didnt really beleive it. i dedicated my 25 mins a day to eye excersises and after a week and i bit everything wos clear to me again!!!!ive got an eye test tommorow i cant wait so i can throw away my glasses

My latest eye exam shows 2 quarters improvement of astigmatism in one eye from last year’s. There was a slight worsening of accommodation in the same eye (a quarter worsening). (although the doc mentioned that it’s better to have an improvement in astigmatism than accommodation.)

I have read several articles about the importance of relaxing your eyes when you read, and that has been very helpful. I often have to consciously relax several times, even during a short period of reading, but it really makes a difference.

It is worth it just to be in the process. I’m 8in further away from my computer screen than 2 months ago that that feels great. I just keep following the Bates techniques that work for me and my vision becomes more and more natural and relaxed. my prescription was R-3.75 L-4.25. I’ll post when I pass the vision portion of my driving test, which will mean I have -1 or less.
