on top of my ongoing working on reducing stress and coping with it better, the thing that has made the single biggest difference for me is following the “paleo diet”.
i’m shocked myself, as i’ve tried a million and one different eating plans, etc. and NONE have ever helped. but this one… well, it helps. i’ve been following it for about 5 months now, and have been feeling better than in ages. i eat a lot of coconut oil to, to help with putting some weight on.
it’s pretty much a miracle after years of nothing helping, though i do have to follow it pretty closely, or the ick returns. 2 years ago
