Went back to Boston. First day was sad but learned to be happy. Hoping to go back again for longer…

in my deposit to go back to Boston over Martin Luther King Holiday. I am so excited and I can’t wait!
Christmas 2005. One year later, I’m back in the city that I love and will always love. People came and went and lots of places and things are different, but Boston will always be “our city” for Lee and I. I still love all the shops that I loved a year ago if not more.
Although. I don’t know if I want to go back to Boston for good after this trip.
The weather in California is lovely but we miss our friends, and I miss the seasons and I don’t like the car culture. Hopefully we can move back soon after the baby’s born.
I was standing in Copley Square in Boston going around and talking with bostonians about the elections. I was there because i wanted to see things change even though i’m canadian and live up north, i felt concerned by what was happening south of my border.
Well what was suppose to happen didn’t happen. Kerry seemed like a great guy, smart and full of great ideas, I surely would have voted for him had i been american, but then not too be mean or anything, but i wouldn’t exchange my canadian citizenship…So let’s say Kerry was running as Prime-minister in Canada, i’d vote for him.
Anyways, history will tell us if the right choice was made.
