I used to be really particular about my dental hygiene. I went through college and maintained that (!). But now I live in a communal environment and it seems we go out every night and stay up late, and when I get in bed all I do is pass out. I’ve been good about brushing my teeth at night for the last week, but I need to stick with it!

I thought about it at 3 in the morning so I didn’t go, cause my mother would wake up and yell at me cause I wasn’t asleep. :’D

If I’ve done this for four weeks I’ll put this as done.
They say generally it takes 21 days to change a habit.
If not 21 between 30 and 40 days should do the trick.
I’m at 10 days now. (19 days at new year’s)
