I put it in order and listed the estimated time for each thing. It was 3 hours long. I had to revise it to make it take less time. It looks like I will have to choose between 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of yoga, or 30 minutes of physical therapy each morning. It also looks like the visualization will need to go to bedtime routine.
Now I need to test it to see if it clicks.

I think if I had a morning routine it would help me accomplish a lot of my other goals. At least it would give me more time to get things done. So I have figured out what I need to do in my routine..just need to figure out what the best order will be.
- get up earlier
- stretch a bit
- do my morning pages
- actually eating something for breakfast
- exercise
- maybe a little meditation or visualizations
- shower
- brush my teeth

My morning should look like: make the bed, exercise, shower, eat, look at the calendar.
But every morning I wake up stiff, tired, with a headache and fog brain. I can’t seem to shake it off….

- up at 6 am – stretch, meditate, morning page
- 6:20 am – exercise
- 7:00 am – shower, wash face, moisturize, light makeup
- 7:30 -brush teeth (2 minutes), fix hair
- 8:00 – breakfast, vitamins, green tea
- 8:30 – kids dressed

This is not going to be easy…because my mornings are so inconsistent, once school start, I have to wake up at different times on different days, and that makes a big difference. But I’ll work on it.

So my goal changed a little bit when I realized that washing in the morning puts me to sleep. (Calming soups etc). Now I eat eggs and toast every morning with a large glass of OJ and my vitamins. I’ve had a lot more energy throughout the day.

I would like to add washing my face in the morning to my morning routine along with brushing my teeth. I’m thinking about putting a wash basin in my room next to my bed in the morning…even if I don’t use it and use the bathroom instead, it will help remind me.
