I still only manage to eat one meal at home. However, I got a job at Tim Hortons, and I get free food on my breaks. So I eat twice at work, and once at home, for a total of three meals. Success!

I am now officially putting this goal on hold.
This (eat properly) is obviously not going to happen until I get my own kitchen. I’ve tried to work around circumstances, but it’s been a losing battle from the start.
I’m not giving up altogether, I’m still going to do this one day (when I have my own kitchen), but for now I’m going to stop trying to do the impossible. Constant failure is frustrating; I need a break.

When I added this goal to my list I was eating 2 meals a day. Five months ago I was eating 3 meals a day. Now I’m down to one. This is not going well at all.
I think it would help a lot if I had my own kitchen. Right now I’m only eating ready food; cereal, crackers, bananas, yoghurt, canned salmon or sardines, things like that.
The situation is complicated by the fact that I can’t eat bread any more. Before, I ate a lot of sandwiches, and now I can’t do that. I’ve been putting cream cheese and penut butter on crackers, I don’t know what else to do with those things.
