How to play volleyball
How I did it: How did I do it you ask hmmmm....Well I was the captain oof my team so I was responsible and everything but yes it was a little hard but not extremely, it takes a lot of hard work and confidence!
Lessons & tips: You have to act like a team because there is no I in team. Thats why you work together and have fun!

This is the summer! Sand, volleyball, skills! I want to learn enough to be able to play leisurely games without sabotaging my team!
I played all throughout high school and have not played often in college. I want to make an effort to play at least once a week
I have recently looked into rec center volleyball. My friend Amy is planning on doing it in the Fall! I think I’ll try it out.
Wen Jing is determined to be where she wants to be.
I’ve been playing volleyball for 6 years already and I’m loving it! Volleyball season in school has ended already, but I’m going to find ways to continue playing – beach, court, anywhere. :)
I played all through high school and for a National Club team 2 years ago and we traveled to different tournaments. I made some of the best memories while playing. If I transfer colleges, I want to try out for the volleyball team (if they have one).
At one of the local recreational centers they have “pick up games” similar to a basketball pick up game. I have been twice and it appears to be the same group of people each time. Most are coaches or former female volleyball players so needless to say I am no where in their league with skills. They are serious players. However, they made me feel very welcome and each night at closing they asked me to come again. It is great excercise (I was sweating like a pig) and experience. I brought my teen because she plays high school and the coaches gave her great tips that she incorporated and improved her game. Wonderful experience!!
