Im going to compliment someone everyday :) I think its a nice thing to do, it makes other people happy, itl be fun :D
How to compliment someone everyday

"Everyone likes to feel good about themselves. It makes me feel good to compliment other people."
How I did it: I realized I actually am already really good at this! Simply noticing if someone is wearing a new shirt, got a hair cut, etc. is so easy. I just made myself aware and verbalized when I noticed the change!
Lessons & tips: If you want to do this and are having a hard time, try to compliment the first person you come into contact with! It could be the coffee girl who has nice eyes, your secretary who is wearing a cute shirt.....any little compliment will work.

The sight of that photograph that nonna left to share with us of her freshly baked peanut butter cookies left me drooling and made me want to snaffle a few of them for myself! I couldn’t help but give her a cheer and comment that her cookies looked “heavenly.” (as if there are peanut butter cookies in heaven? lol) Way to go, nonna, for being such a fabulous baker!

so its an easy and cheap way to make other people happy.
Ive noticed that i more often give compliments to people i just sorta know than to my real friends. Think its strange. Why don’t we try to make our friends happy? Ive noticed it the other way too. Really weird.

I went to Starbucks today and ordered my usual cafe mocha. The lady that was making it had really nice skin and I couldn’t stop staring. Not that I was that amazed by her skin, but because I was thinking about how I would give her a compliment about it. When I give someone a compliment it’s usually to someone I know. Today it’s to a complete stranger.
The longer I waited the more I wanted to just walk away. She must have thought I was a weirdo staring at her like that.
Finally when she handed me my cafe mocha I thought, it’s now or never.
I said, “I don’t know what kind of facewash you use, but you have really nice skin.”
She was so happy she nearly dropped my coffee!
Not only did she feel good, but I did too. :)

I told Jessica V. at church that I liked her shirt, and I told Rachel that she looked cute in her prom pictures. I’ll try to come up with a compliment for Hajnal too. Don’t worry every compliment I give is sincere. I don’t do it simply to accomplish this goal.

By being positive with others, I do this every day and I only do it sincerely, I never make up a compliment for the sake of giving it.
