get accepted into university

Have narrowed it down to three possible universities I’d like to apply for:
York University (offers many courses I’d like, with a GO bus going from here right to the campus), University of Toronto (again, offers the courses I’d like, and is right near George-Brown College, which, if my friend is going there, we could get a place together ^^), or Western (it’s far, but I’m going to a Liason on Monday to learn more about it.)

Have also narrowed down the courses: Art, Law, Psychology & Criminology, but will have to look into all of them more.

I found out yesterday that the deadline for applying to universities for 2010 is December 11, 2009 (that’s less than 2 months away!) Being in Grade 12 now I have to start deciding where I’d like to go in life career-wise. I’m now looking into universities in Ontario (don’t want to have to travel too far.) Hopefully I’ll have some idea soon.

I’m not really sure why I’m keeping this goal around. I guess I’m just afraid that I’m going to screw it up somehow. I just have to do good on my diplomas this semester, and I will be set.

However, I have no idea what I should be doing concerning course registration, and all the other little finky things. Guelph is honestly the biggest pain in the ass. They don’t confirm anything! And I feel like I need a checklist to make sure everything is set.

I don’t know what I’m doing! Frick.

I got admittance into Calgary eons ago, but Guelph was a bit more annoying. However, I received this in the mail today:
“Congratulations! It is my pleasure to offer you admission to Bachelor of Engineering Major Biological Engineering Program at the University of Guelph”
WOOOHOOO! They say that the condition of admittance is that my average stay above 80%. I don’t get marks below 80, so YAYYYY!!!!
I’m so excited to finally move away from here!

Not too worried about getting in. I talked to my counsler today and she said that (and I do quote verbatim) “The people at Guelph are idiots for jerking you around.” She also said that I don’t need to worry and that I can get in to any program, any school, no problem. I just wish Guelph would stop being retarded.

I am Chelsea Morehead and i am a sophmore but i am interested applying for a scholarship.

Applications are sent off (actually send them off somewhere in October). Still havn’t got a definite reply back..but I’ve got my fingers crossed!

I was accepted into the BA Art History program at the University of British Columbia. Whoo hoo!

I was accepted to a bunch of universities and a handful of colleges. I eventually decided on University of Pennsylvania.

Since Im still in grade 11 i have lots of time. but which one?!
