alrighty, my first day on 43things.
this time im pretty serious.. i have no unrealistic goals, i just wanta lose 6 kilos.
Im 56 kilos right now and my target weight is 50.
Today I went for a half hour swim and a short bike ride.
So there..slow, but steady start.

SO like a month ago I went on vacation for like 2 weeks, I went to visit my curren boyfriend in curacao. I was pampered like no one, heheh lol…and as result I gained sum kilos but after my visit there i couldn’t stop eating junk food, My diet had changed drasticly. As a total result I gained 8 kilos. I’ve dropped 2 already but am decided to drop 6 more. So here we go! I’m sure I’ll make it but am glad there is a site like this.. :) well i’ll keep anybody who’s reading this up2date. during my xmas break. now i have to start all over again. Mission Impossible – thats how it feels.
But i dont want to because for some silly reason, i fear that the minute i admit i have done it, i’ll put it all back on!!
i have refrained from eating crap and consequently, am feeling much better… i dont want to celebrate too much though in case i jinx myself lol…. Will continue to be strong and continue to make my life better by feeling better bout myself.
So, today is the beginning of my attempt to lose the “italian holiday weight”. I WAS going to just literally not eat anything but an apple a day until i had lost it but when lunchtime rolled around, it was a little harder to actually put the idea into practice. So i had a bowl of vegie soup instead. Not too bad huh. This is going to have to be the way to go i think – soup for lunch and little else for the rest of the day. And staying away from chocolate – anything that it remotely related to, near, looks or is similar to chocolate (that includes looking at a picture of it!) i will avoid… lets see how long this lasts…. ;-)
so, the last time i was on here , i weighed 51 kilos and wanted to lose 6. Since then, i have put on 6 kilos… yup, i went to Italy and was forcefed by the relos (literally). Now i need to lose 6 kilos to get back to my original weight of 51 kilos… and its proving extremly hard. Anyone got any tips for a quick weightloss? Aside from the usual “eat fruit, exercise etc etc” cos i am doing all that and its still not working … :-(
i am 23 and i weigh 51 kilos (approx). Though i know i am probably on the “underweight” side of the scales, i would still like to lose 6 kilos. I am not sure why i am not satisfied with weighing 51 kilos but i am not. i virtually stick to a 300 calorie per day diet, but cant seem to budge that last little bit of weight. Has any one got any suggestions that don’t involve resorting to bulimic measures (as i am not willing to do that).
