It’s all slowly crept back on :-P Luckily not to the stage I was at right back in the beginning, just the 6kgs I was trying to lose.
Sooooo, looks like this is still a current goal.
Did a workout yesterday, and have been walking a lot more lately. Next step is to overhaul the diet again, ease back into cutting out the rubbish and adding in the good stuff. 2 years ago
