I just purchased two practice swords online ($9.99 each!) and am very excited to try this out as a way to tone my arms and body. I hear it is a great workout and I wanted something different than the norm.. the norm has never worked for me before so I am thinking outside the box. My next step is to find a good video that shows some kind of sword routine that I can do to get a good workout! Wish me luck! :)

I’ve always been amazed by the way people move with a sword.
It’s so graceful and beautiful. But strong at the same time.
I want to move like that.
I think I’d like to learn using a Katana (Japanese sword)
It’s need some training
and i feel like it’s need some a good attention and fast moves or flash moves as we can say :>
I would some day would like to become a teacher in Kenjutsu(Japanese Sword Style). I have been training myself for 5 years now in Kenjutsu. If you have some questions about swords or maybe trying to find the right style for you, my email address is swordmaker22@aim.com
Practice plays an important role as you know. What I would do is get a friend interested too and practice. I practice every day for about 4-5 hours nonstop. If I can I’ll practice with my friends. If you put in a lot of time and effort you’ll learn quickly. Also when fighting try to invent new moves. I have practiced a fair amount and I can beat a 9th degree black belt.
