but I feel like just being conscious of what is happening helps to keep it under control. My husband is wonderful and is extremely supportive and empathetic when I’m feeling moody and that makes all the difference.

I have a complete meltdown. It usually doesn’t last long but it’s always completely irrational and frequently directed at my sweet and very understanding husband. I can feel a mood swing coming on, and I’m often aware of what it is when its happening, but that’s not always enough for me to get it under control. I am getting better and the episodes are less frequent than they have been in the past, but it’s still an area that needs work.
