get a present from a little kid

i have gotten presents from my own children but one of the most very special i received from any child was a mother’s day card made by a little boy that i used to play with. he also gave me a little plastic elephant. it meant so much to me but made me want to cry at the same time.

I actually have gotten a present from a little kid =) It was the best and the cutest present I have and probably ever will get=] I was in my 8th grade at the time (I live in Norway, Scandinavia, so it probably was 7th grade for some of you American people in here. I was 13 at the time anyway=]) and my class and I were on a class trip and when we camped at this place ironically called ‘helvete’ which is the Norwegian word for hell=) he he… Anyway, there were these 1st graders camping there too and a little girl I had never seen before walked up to me and gave me a leaf shaped like a heart. It was the cutest thing anybody had ever done to me and I will never forget the shy little smile she gave before running back to her class.
It is one of my dearest memorise! =) And I know some people may think a leaf is not a present, but for me it was and is the best present ever =)
