Have sort of done this, I now weigh just under 9st and I am completely happy with my weight. I do not to tone but no way would I like to lose anymore weight. Woo Woo
How to lose 14 pounds
How I did it: Mainly by exercising twice a week (jogging, an hour in the gym, nintendo wii fit) also using 1kg weights to tone my arms and doing about 100 crunches(usually every other day). Cutting portion sizes and limiting my carb intake.
Lessons & tips: Just keep at it, took me a while to start losing any wait, they it kept coming off every week.

Right, if I loose 2lbs a month, until July, I will be 8stone. And 14lbs lighter! I go jogging, lift weights, walking and cycling. I have lost 4lbs in one month, but I did put it on very fast. I’m usually 9stone, but I gained 6lbs. I’m so happy with it so far. I KNOW I can be there. But I have a tendancey to binge.

Well, since I am pregnant, I will obviously need to wait on this one!

I have 14 pounds left to lose before I am back down to the weight my husband met me at. I am 5’9” and was 130 pounds when we met. I had already gained up to 140 between us meeting and getting married. I got pregnant immediately. I had gained quite a bit of weight during pregnancy – went all the way up to 178 pounds. It has been 4 months since I had our baby boy, and I’m down 34 pounds. That’s right…that puts me at 144 pounds today.

My first weight loss goal is 10% of my body weight. That was 17 pounds. I have lost 3! Only 14 to go!
Start: 172
Week 1: 169
Getting there slowly I suppose. I’ve started a home workout dvd recently to get myself toned in the process and it’s going well but it’s difficult.
For all those out there who are trying to lose weight – don’t give up! it’s hard but remember where you want to be in the end and how fantastic you’ll look. It’s hard work but hang in there, ok!
The plan is to get me down a dress size, and get rid of the excess fat that I have accumulated since having my first child so I can feel better in myself.
It won’t be easy, but I am fully prepared to put in the hard work and get it done!
I want to loose 14 pounds or a stone (same thing) within 27 days or so, so I can be slim and trim for the last couple of days of school.
