I just walked down my street and back in my only pair of heels. At midnight. Turns out I was too gentle walking around my apartment. All it takes is some confidence, or about four glasses of wine and to just DO it. When no one is watching! It felt fine :) 3 weeks ago

I’ve been wanting to wear heels casually for a long time. I started by buying shoes with a kitten heel and working my way up towards a 5-6 inch heel. I can now walk with confidence in heels every day! For women starting off, always remember to take smaller, but quicker strides when walking. Also when walking up stairs and on uneven surfaces, concentrate on walking on your toes, rather than the soles of your feet! Good luck, girls! 1 month ago

I have discovered the secret to walking in heels, or at least almost walking in them. I’ve always bought a size 7 shoe but since I’ve lost weight I’ve started buying size 6. They fit but are snug, they fit much tighter and they are so much easier to walk in because they are a tight fit. I wore them around the house today to break them in and I didn’t feel unsteady and actually felt like I could walk in them. They also have a platform which helps. Maybe I have discovered the secret…
Now I just need to figure out how to combat the pain. 1 month ago

I wore my heeled boots today and damn are my feet sore. Phew. It is extra difficult to look graceful in heels trudging through snow and ice. Challenge accepted. 3 months ago
