I read a pocket book, “เหตุสมควรโกรธ … ไม่มีในโลก”, [or something like … “There’s no reason to get angry”], by Pra-ajahn Mitsuo Gavesako. Great one!
I’ve lately been getting less and less agitated by the people. I noticed my mother got much more agitated during our trip and noticing that was something new for me.
I have been getting very upset with a couple of people at work. Normally I do not do this. I know I can’t change their personalities, so I need to do something to change mine.
These two people can be very trying, they work in same dept as myself, but on another floor. It is as though they have to know everyones business, or tell everyone theirs. I am not interested in hearing anything from them… other than work related things.
How would I feel so good in my own skin, that I would not get upset about some people’s silly words? How could I see their comments as a option to grow a little rather than see myself unworthy? I don’t yet know the answer, but I am searching for.
I always get teased by people for no reason so here are the way to solve it.1.think about what they have said and dont take it to heart.2. forget about. 3.ignore it or ask for a apology as soon as possible. Please take this information on board and tlell all your friends if they are in this situation.
