I miss his shower

An ex-boyfriend had a shower behind his log house in the country. It was something he and his brothers built and was nothing fancy. It was built over a big rock and enclosed on all sides like a bathroom stall. Hot water was provided by the hose which ran from the indoor tub to the shower. There were grapes growing up the side during the summer. There was just something fun about showering outside even in the middle of winter.
I live in town, and I doubt we’d ever have the privacy for something like this in our current situation; but I would love to have an outdoor shower if I ever live in the country again.
What I really envision

I want this outdoor shower to be accessable from my bathroom so I open the clear glass door of my indoor shower straight into a glass block outdoor shower. It is an ever evolving idea born of summer vacations and frustrated Architectual musings.
