I go to the little Indian curry place across from my job almost every week. I need to save money and be able to have channa saag, matar paneer, curry vegetables whenever I want. I’ve just gotta find a reasonable book or class or friend and learn how to cook the basics well.
i did a thai course in thailand and it changed my life.
now i want to do an indian in india if u know what i’m saying!!
Despite the numerous Indian restaurants dotting each intersection with their presence, I have yet to find one stinkin’ cooking class in Dublin. So for now I’ll have to reserve Indian for the days I eat out and wait until I’m living in a place with more (than zero) classes to take.
After some quick research, I was unable to find an Indian cooking class in Dublin, Ireland. With all the amazing Indian food in restaurants, I figured it would be a snap to find a class. Perhaps my websearching skills are lacking.
Anyone take an Indian cooking class in Dublin?
