So since I now live in Paris, here are my favourite things to do in this city:
1. Have a wine or three and chat with the regulars in Chez George (6eme). The most wonderful wine bar I know.
2. Get completely lost walking
3. walk along the banks of the Seine on a summer’s evening
4. wander around one of the produce markets
5. Fall in love again and again with the musée d’orsay
6. Ditto for the garden of the musée Rodin
7. sitting in the sun in the Luxembourg gardens
8. a crepe from the chez nico on rue mouftard
9. seeing people be nice to each other on the metro (which happens surprisingly often)
10. running through the streets with a belly full of wine on a warm summer evening shouting declarations of love to the city/a woman/life

Sammie is reading the 43 Things book
I added another 5 places under Ipswich in 43 Places tonight. I still need to go back and add entries for some of them though.
A little bit of progress at least!

Jut waiting for the trees to bloom around here so the pictures aren’t all mottled and ugly grey/brown.
