i had the monday blues this afternoon. trekking home, then reminding myself to stop and get groceries. yes, figure out dindin plans for tonight – oh not forget to study for tomorrow exam. memorize those medical terms and abbreviations. tape some shows, make sure the bills get paid, call my mom (or not), needing to do some cleaning from the weekend (dishes and laundry). GRRR!

but low and behold, i walked through the door with grocery bags in tow. there was this beautiful postcard from oswaldo from costa rica. ahhhh, he left me a nice message and lifted my spirited, plus the gorgeous pictures looked very enticing. hmmm – maybe time to bug hubbie to go some where tropical for next vacay…

I received my first postcard last Monday from the Netherlands. It was a picture of a cute itty bitty kid with tattoos and a mini-mohawk! Made me laugh. : )

I also got two more the next day- one from Dusseldorf, Germany and another from Helsinki, Finland.

This Monday I got one from Westerberg, Germany and one yesterday came in from Connecticut, USA.

take 26 days to send my first 10 postcards..this is great!
