design a beautiful website but must find out how to do this first

I am building my personal web page on freewebs – it is easy! I had lots of stuff before so I just published it. With time I hope to make it beautifull and maybe interesting. I’m just telling my story. Once I translate it to english, I’ll let you know.

and I hope I’ll put some more on other site I mentioned 2 years ago.

i started to build my own website here with no intention of doing it at all. i was up to totaly different things to do. i was browsing 43T and suddenly! found that information and put it into use.
so if you follow the link, on the bottom of the page you will find a link to open your own free page. and it is so simple! if you need any help with it, i’m here!
i’m going to input the contens first and worry about looks later.

I have so much information to share with the world and I feel a really good way to do this is on my own beautiful website. Can anyone out there help me to do this? I would be SO grateful. Also, I would love to know what a ‘blog’ is ???
