I already exercise about 3-5 times a week just doing soccer. Soon soccer will be over and I would like to continue getting exercise to stay fit. I think I will go back to running more often in order to do this goal. Normally when soccer is not going on I have run a few times a week either 1 or 2 miles a day. Hopefully I can get back in this routine.
I feel better about my sexy…do it when you feel like eating and drink water while doing it instead of juice.
