    UGHHHHHHHHH I have such dry skin on my face, i pick pick pick all the damn time!!! not only that, but play with my hair a lot, and pull that out at times. Such annoying things to do!

    i am almost 40 and have zits. and the compulsion to pick at them is terrible. I hope to use this forum to help me stop..count the days i don’t pick.
