I’ve read many books about the climb to Everest, and most involve tragedies. I just hope i don’t wind up encountering those as well.

I like rock climbing, but would really like to get properlly invoved in the mountaineering side of things. I thing a realistic target for this would be in 6 – 7 years time…

I can only imagine what it must be like to reach the top. To go where so few have gone before. Someday . . . Somehow . . .
It is the Highest point in the World and the view would be spectaculor.

I have climbed Mt. Everest! It is totally worth doing (if a bit expensive). I first summited the tallest mountain outside of water on July 26, 2001!
