buy my house

I work so very hard in trying to pay my mortgage it would be lovely to pay it off and have no stress.

I have worked since I was 15 and continue to scrimp and save to make ends meet. My ultimate dream is to put my key in the lock and know that the house I am walking into is mine forever…. I hope my wish will come true one day :( xxxx

..Hopefully I’ll be able to buy my house and rent it out, then travel the world with constant money going into my bank account…. I really really hope this works :) :) :)

I’ve rented this house twice now. We left once because I had to take a job over an hour away – which is just too hard when you’re a single mom with no family support. After I got laid off again, I worked my way back.

My whole life goal is to buy this place and remodel it. We’re on the lake with a beautiful view. I love the neighborhood.

I’ve claimed it as mine in spirit…

For all the wrong reasons I ended up losing my original home and after a few years ended up renting the one we live in. It’s not perfect, but it’s got a lot of character and ever so many books and musical instruments and two young cats and two gold fish (not a food chain relationship) and a very annoying squirrel who won’t leave my loft. He’s churning up the fibreglass insulation and trying to bury his food in my ceiling panels. The garden is very small with a few trees and birds. The neighbours are ok and there are a couple of good supermarkets nearby so we needn’t starve. How do I get the huge amounts of money it will take to buy this place? A miracle? A lottery? No rich elderly relatives who adore me. Any other ideas anyone?

The house we are currently renting is adorable. Its a tiny place with not much space but for me and the hubby it would be just great. I mean the kids are all going to be gone within the next five years so why do i want to rattle around in some monstrosity and try to keep up after it? The house we live in now is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath which is admittedly too small for all 5 of us at the moment but like i said in 5 years will be great for just me and the hubby. The plan is to buy the house and add a 3rd bedroom and a bathroom on the backside where the porch is. We dont use it anyway and could really use the extra bedroom. Once the kids are moved out the Front Bedroom would become the Library with a reading nook and lots of books. The Second Bedroom would be the home office. Also I am studying Feng Shui at the moment and unfortunately the “Love Center” of my house is out on the back porch. How depresing. So the back porch would become the Master Bedroom. the only problem with this idea is that its going to cost abut $11,000.00 to do what we want to with it. Oh and we have to buy it from our landlord first. Sigh
