I am runnning!!!!! Ok, I have miss it by two weeks, due to a cold…I run before I have breakfast, just around the block, takes half an hour. Its all I need to lift me up and then I do small workout at home….Great!!

I always thought that running never suited me, no time blah.
but honestly it gets so easy after the first step! you take one, you take another, and they just keep coming.
for me, the hardest part was always the starting.
but just start, and you won’t regret it.
I dig the thought of running and passing things and the rush, and clarity of mind.

Luckily this time MY BODY is is good enough shape that I wont be down for 2 yrs.

I went out yesterday, walk with the dogs over the hills. checking it out and jog for ten mins. The dog were good, didn’t get in my way. It’s still very cold here. But it’s a start. I have seen other runner doing it in this cold weather, wearing very little. But looking very warm… I am going to try and start today,wearing the right gear, jog and walk workout to build up. So good luck to me, in just getting out to do it….
I am hoping! That first thing in the morning, early!!!Soon I will put my feets into actions. I want to walk from my flat to the hill, behind the houses, that I can see from my window. Then run along the green with my dog, about half an hour run. Then walk back to my flat. Please! let me be able to do this goal!!
